We are not like Moses, who had to put a veil over his face so that the people of Israel would not see the brightness fade and disappear. Their minds, indeed, were closed; and to this very day their minds are covered with the same veil as they read the books of the old covenant. The veil is removed only when a person is joined to Christ.

Dear God, you tore the veil at the moment Christ died, so we could have direct access to your throne of Grace.
Dear God, we experienced your glory, and people would experience same when they experience us; our purpose being fulfilled. Help us not to be like Moses, who experienced your glory and veiled his face for his selfish reasons. Christianity isn’t about us Lord, it’s about people. Help us understand the importance of shining as Light, so people can shine too, creating a network of Light. Help us mirror you to those around us. Discard every selfish desire to live double lives. Amen
We can all draw close to him with the veil removed from our faces. And with no veil we all become like mirrors who brightly reflect the glory of the Lord Jesus.
